Denmark - England (Wednesday 9th February)
KO: 19:45
Days before England play their first fixture of 2011, former England manager Steve McClaren is sacked by German team Wolfsburg. Wolfsburg find themselves in 12th position in the German Bundesliga only 1 point away from the relegation zone.
Memories of the last euro qualification games are brought back to the front of English fans minds and will hope to find the rythm the English team has missed for a long time.
From the original squad named on Saturday evening, Capello will be without Steven Gerrard, Peter Crouch and Ben Foster who all return back to their club teams. Where as West Ham pair Rob Green and Carlton Cole are called in as replacements.
Id like England to play an experimental line up, with Jack Wilshere being given time to show what he can do on the ball whilst also playing a new striker up front. Getting tired of Rooney playing up there and expecting the ball to come straight to him.
Always cheer for ENG, even tho Im from Canada. Should be a solid squad.
